A former premier sous chef at the Ritz), Harvey Trollope is bringing his best-of-British bandwagon to The Clerkenwell Kitchen during the first weekend of October. Guests will be able to enjoy seasonal food made with high-quality British produce, such as pig cheeks doused in cider, with banana loaf, whipped yoghurt and golden syrup for dessert. Not keen on the pleasures of the flesh? No problem: Harvey's cooking up a veggie menu too.
Harvey's British Eatery residency at The Clerkenwell Kitchen takes place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October and costs £30 for a set menu (or £28 for the vegetarian menu).
