Top chef Raymond Blanc is collaborating with Grain Store’s chef patron Bruno Loubet for an ethical summer feast. The meal will take place at the King’s Cross restaurant and the menu will be announced on the day. However, the chefs have revealed that the menu will be veg-centric, using little meat and dairy, as well as including produce from their own gardens.
