London’s second-oldest restaurant (first place goes to Rules in Covent Garden) is celebrating game season with a special dinner on Saturday 12 November. Head chef Daniel Kent’s five-course menu will showcase a range of game, including wild rabbit ballotine with pickled vegetables and saffron emulsion, all paired with wines. Finish up with apple and cranberry crumble with cinnamon ice cream, as Wilton’s old-school charm slowly melts you into your seat – we can’t think of many better ways to get some comfort on a dark evening.
The game dinner will be held from 5.30-9pm on Saturday 12 November, priced at £140 per person. Contact Georgie@wiltonsholdings.com or call 020 3544 2395 to book.
