Join wonderful Bloomsbury tapas restaurant, Salt Yard, for an evening of game and wine on Monday 13 November. Dishes from the
seven-course menu include wood pigeon with pumpkin salad, wild boar cutlet and cheeks with morcilla and apple, and partridge cooked with quince. Each dish will be matched to a Spanish or Italian
James Roberts from Rare Butchers will be give a short talk on the seasonality and provenance of game and Salt Yard’s sommelier Becky McKevitt will be talk guests through each of the wines.
