On Monday 26 September, Boundary restaurant will host a tasting dinner that pairs British game with red Burgundy.
The event will start with a canapé reception, served with glasses of 2009 Viré-Clessé, and will be followed by a five-course meal. During the evening, Ben Weatherall – one of the country’s top game
dealers – will talk about game and answer questions.
The menu will include plates of game charcuterie, a game consommé, a British cheese plate and heather-honey madeleines. Premier and grand cru wines from the Domaine Chanson winery, including a 2007
Givry, a 2006 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru and a Delamain Grande Champagne XO Cognac, will be matched with each course. The dinner will be rounded off with coffee and petit fours.
Tickets to the event cost £85 per person. To reserve a place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7749 9800.
