Not only is Fredericks in Camden Passage celebrating its 35th birthday this month, the family-run restaurant is also holding a Louis
Latour dinner on Tuesday 16th November. The night will kick off with a Champagne reception and follow with a four-course dinner hosted by Richard Nunn of Louis Latour who has carefully selected and
matched Louis Latour wines to complement the dishes. Snail ravioli with ceps will be paired with a Chardonnay Grand Ardéche 2001, Boeuf Bourguinon will be served alongside Beaune Vignes Franches
Premier Cru 1998 and cheeses will be accompanied by a Chateau Corton Grancery Grand Cru from the 1997 vintage.
