Following last year’s inaugural festival, head chef Aaron Patterson and owner Tim Hart, are once again inviting game enthusiasts to learn more about buying, hanging, preparing and cooking game at
the stunning Hambleton Hall. Step by step, Patterson will demonstrate around ten recipes and basic techniques. Whether you’re already an expert, or can’t tell a Woodcock from a great Bustard, it
promises to be a fun and educational experience. Two special menus are also available during the period, priced at £35 and £55 for three courses.
