Surrey’s Sandown Park racecourse is offering Square Meal readers an exclusive ‘barbecue package’ (normally worth £70) for its Brigadier Gerard evening fixture on Thursday 31 May.
Named after one of the most popular British thoroughbred racehorses of the 20th century, the event promises a sizzling summer’s evening of racing.
The barbecue package includes access to the venue’s premier enclosure, a barbecue buffet meal – including gourmet burgers, marinated butterfly chicken, local sausages, potato wedges, and a
selection of salads and breads – plus a glass of Pimm’s. A racecard and free parking are also included in the price.
The barbecue package tickets cost £25*. Book online, call Sandown Park on 01372 477747 or email email@example.com, quoting offer code SPSQML12 when booking.
The event takes place on 31 May. Gates open at 4.15pm; the races run from 6.15-8.55pm.
