CHEFstock – Alyn Williams’ collaborative dining event, which sees him invite a series of internationally renowned chefs to cook with him at his eponymous Mayfair restaurant at The Westbury and create a unique, eight-course tasting menu – is back for its third year, and tickets are set to sell out fast.
Every Tuesday in April, Williams and his guest chef will work together to produce four courses each for diners. On 5 April, Marc Wilkinson from Michelin-starred restaurant Fraiche, on The Wirral, will take to the stoves; on 12 April, Nigel Haworth from Northcote in Lancashire will take up the challenge; and on 19 April, Sasu Laukkonen from Helsinki’s Chef & Sommelier restaurant will step up to the plate. The final event, on 26 April, will see Riccardo Camanini from Italy’s Lido 84, on Lake Garda, cook with Williams – however, this event is already sold out.
Each CHEFstock dinner will commence at 6.30pm with a complimentary Champagne and canapé reception; dinner will be served at 7pm. Tickets cost £150, excluding wines. To book your place, call 020 3641 1877 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
