The Chop House will celebrate the start of English Asparagus season from the end of March until 21 June by presenting a menu, featuring
Crown asparagus in a wide range of dishes. The menu will be available season permitting.

Fried Cornish scallops, asparagus & 2003 Chapel Down nectar butter
Native lobster, asparagus & duck liver pate salad
Asparagus & Wigmore cheese tart, green tomato chutney
Roast guinea fowl, braised leg & asparagus stuffing, sage gravy
Roast wood pigeon, asparagus pancake, bacon & onion gravy
Charcoal grilled John Dory, asparagus & broad bean salad, mustard dressing
Poached sea trout, creamed asparagus & wild garlic
Starters will cost £7-12, main courses will cost £16-19, and a side order will cost £4.
