You know when you go to a food show and spend so much time gorging on free samples that you leave twice the person you were when you arrived? Well, at the BBC Good Food Show’s new Eat Well show – part of its Summer in the City series of exhibitions at London’s ExCel Centre – you can feel virtuous as you load up on freebies, because this event is all about seasonal foods that promote vitality and health.
Taking place from 20-22 May, the Eat Well show will feature live demonstrations from chefs such as The Hand & Flowers’ Tom Kerridge and clean-eating poster girls Hemsley + Hemsley, plus hundreds of exhibitors displaying the ingredients, dishes and gadgets they produce. You’ll be at the cutting edge of new healthy-eating trends, from the next avocado on toast, to the successor to the spiralizer.
Tickets to this event cost from £19.50. To find out more about the Eat Well show and other events taking place as part of Summer in the City, visit bbcgoodfoodshowsummerlondon.com.
