Following on from the success of its 2011 ‘Speakeasy’ events, J Sheekey will host four more cabaret-style variety shows to entertain diners with music and comedy.
Scottish comedian Hardeep Singh Kohli is the season curator once again and has hand-picked the performers. These include Cabaret Whore, an entertainer whose act treads a fine line between
performance and therapy, and Doug Segal, billed as a contemporary mind reader.
A cocktail aperitif and set menu will be served during the ‘Speakeasies’. Guests will enjoy seasonal dishes such as Strangford Loch oysters with spicy boar sausage, stone-bass ceviche, and grilled
tiger prawns with piri-piri butter.
Every other Sunday will see two shows: a late-lunch performance at 2pm and an evening show starting at 7pm. Tickets cost £35 including food, a Ketel One bloody Mary aperitif, and entertainment. To
