Cooking with Tea Workshop by Skye Gyngell

Join Skye Gyngell, head chef at Petersham Nurseries, as she hosts an introductory workshop on cooking with tea. During the hour-long tasting guests will enjoy a selection of dishes prepared by Gyngell, including tea-infused sorbet, tea-steeped fruit and tea-smoked fish, coupled with serving suggestions, ideas for varying the ingredients and ideas on experimenting with different tea varieties.
