Cookery and Wine Classes at Tom Aikens

Acclaimed chef Tom Aikens has launched a series of cookery classes in the kitchens of his eponymous Chelsea restaurant. On selected Saturday afternoons (see below for dates) Aikens will demonstrate, to up to 19 guests, how to make two dishes from his current menu, explaining preparation, technique and allowing the group to try dishes once cooked.

Cookery classes cost £120 person and take place from 1-4pm.

Tom Aikens' sommelier Gearoid Devaney will also be holding wine courses at the restaurant, focusing on different wine-making regions.

Wine classes cost £60 per person and take place from 11am-1pm.
