A huge golden grasshopper, nuns behaving badly, Mr Pickwick’s favourite pub – London is full of fascinating stories if only you know where to look. That’s why Custom Walks London has devised a
‘Secrets of the City’ guided walk for Prism Bar & Brasserie.
The walk will take Prism regulars around the small section of the Square Mile in which the venue is located. They’ll stand in the shadow of one of the capital’s most distinctive modern buildings;
walk through a square that was the site of a notorious Victorian murder; see the alleyway where the Hellfire Club once met and stand at what was one of the busiest crossroads in the Roman Empire.
After the 1.5 hour walk, guests can indulge in the brasserie’s afternoon tea or sip cocktails at the bar.
The walks are open to individuals or small parties and will be held on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm, starting from Prism. Please call in advance to check availability. A place on the walk, plus
Prism’s afternoon tea, costs £31.50, plus service charge. (If desired, guests can swap afternoon tea for cocktails and nibbles at Prism’s bar.)
