In preparation for this Christmas season Deep restaurant will be hosting a buffet-style smorgasbord of traditional Swedish
The festive feast will include seven herring preparations, salmon caviar with red onion and sour cream, smoked eel, Christmas ham with Swedish mustard, gravadlax, and traditional meatballs followed
by rice pudding with Swedish fruit sauce and ginger biscuits.
Priced at £37.50 per person, diners will be able to enjoy unlimited helpings from the smorgasbord. The seasonal spread will be available Saturday evenings and during Sunday lunches from 29 November
until 20 December.
