Who better to celebrate Chinese New Year with than legendary Chinese chef Ken Hom? On Wednesday 21 February at his newly refurbished restaurant Hokkien Chan in the City, Hom will celebrate the year of the pig by hosting a four-course dinner. The evening will kick off with cocktails and
live music at the bar, during dinner Hom will give a cookery demonstration, and guests will receive a personally signed cookbook on departure.
