Modern Indian Chai Ki is sailing out beyond its usual home in Canary Wharf for one night only, to host a cruise on board a restored canal boat, the Alfred Le Roy. Departing from Hackney Wick on Thursday 6 April at 7.30pm, Smoke on the Water guests joining the cruise will enjoy a cocktail upon arrival, followed by chaat (Indian street food) and small plates including Bombay bhel (puffed rice and potato with tamarind, coriander and mint chutney) and dahi puri (crunchy semolina shells filled with sweet yoghurt and tamarind).
Need more convincing? Ticketholders can then visit Chai Ki during any weekend in April from 10am-4pm and claim a free Brunch Toddy cocktail, when ordering from the Recovery Brunch menu.
The Smoke on the Water cruise by Chai Ki takes place on board the Alfred Le Roy on Thursday 6 April. The boat sets sail from Canalside Queen's Yard, E9 5EN at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £20 per person and can be purchased at Designmynight.com.
