The Quality Chop House has been chosen to host the 51st dinner of the Carnivore’s Club, which promises to be a real treat for meat lovers. Those who make a booking for the event can expect an
evening of traditional dining in apt surroundings with a menu that has been designed to please the most discerning carnivore. The evening will kick off with a Champagne and canapé reception,
followed by steak tartare, a warm duck liver and bacon salad and the restaurant’s signature dish, beef chop. To round it all off, diners can indulge in a smooth, rich Munster cheese and nougat
glaze. Each course will be accompanied by a matching wine, including a New Zealand Pinot Noir, Chateau de Campuget from the Rhone and an Alsatian Gewurztraminer.
