On 15 March, Michelin-starred Italian chef Andrea Berton will join Brunello’s executive chef Alberto Rossetti for one night only, when the pair will cook up an exclusive menu titled Cucina a Quattro Mani. On the menu, you can expect the likes of prosciutto crudo broth cod, with peeled parsley, bread and radish (pictured above).
The exclusive menu will be available on 15 March only, from 6.30-9.30pm. The menu is priced at £95 per person.
