On 19 September, Brindisa founder Monika Linton invites her friends and revered chefs into the kitchen to showcase Ibérico Pork; a treasured ingredient in Spanish cooking. Richard Turner, Rowley Leigh, Margot Henderson and Florence Knight will join Brindisa head chef Josep Carbonell at Brindisa Rupert Street. Each chef will showcase a different cut of fresh Ibérico de Bellota pork from Señorio de Montanera in the Dehesa region of South Western Spain.
