Bordeaux at The Capital - Château Angelus Dinner

Book ahead for the Château Angelus dinner at two Michelin-starred restaurant The Capital on 16 April 2009, where culinary art will combine with the skill of winemaking. Executive chef Eric Chavot & wine director João Pires have created a special five-course menu to complement magnificent wines from Château Angelus. The owner of the label, M Hubert de Boüard de Laforest, will also discuss the world of French winemaking & his château.
