Bluebird in Chelsea is creating a Winter Cafe and ‘Pop-Up’ Bar, offering a variety of events which are sure to be a draw for the hip and
fashionable crowd to this King’s Road landmark.
From 7-24 December 2007, the Bluebird will be adorned with contemporary decorative touches including blue up-lights illuminating the outside of the building, trees and planters dressed with fairy
lights & tables flecked with tea lights (outdoor heaters and blankets will be provided).
On Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings from 6pm-9.30pm, customers can enjoy drinks from a Smirnoff Black Vodka cocktail list featuring hot toddies, ice shots & martinis. In addition, there
will be an ice luge serving vodka shots.
To complement the open-air atmosphere, Bluebird Winter Café will be introducing a number of après-ski style dishes – many of them ideal for sharing with friends. Enjoy warming pumpkin soup (£5),
hot dog with melted onions and relishes (£8), continental tartiflette (£8.50), choucroute garni (£13) or Mont Blanc (meringue, Valrhona chocolate, chestnut puree, £6.50). The chocolate fountain
with skewers of fruit and marshmallows (£6.50) is sure to attract adults and children alike.
