Belvedere Bloody Mary Vodka and Soho brasserie Randall & Aubin are inviting bloody Mary fans to a specially created brunch inspired by the ingredients and history of the classic cocktail.
Randall & Aubin’s head chef Ed Baines and Belvedere mixologist Claire Smith have worked together to create several variations of the classic bloody Mary with perfect food pairings. The Scotch
egg with anchovy mayonnaise and truffle-watercress salad brings out the heat of the horseradish in a Canary Mary cocktail (made with yellow tomatoes), while a dish of pork schnitzel with fried egg,
caper and potato salad works wonders with the restaurant’s spicy apple bloody Mary. Other dishes include the house burger with blue cheese and fries, and omelette Arnold Bennett.
The Belvedere Bloody Mary Brunch menu is available every weekend from 30 April to 30 May. It celebrates the launch of Belvedere Bloody Mary vodka, which is flavoured with black pepper, horseradish,
