Having spent several years at the helm of the Michelin-starred River Cafe, there’s little doubt that Theo Randall is an accomplished
chef. Now he’s got his own restaurant, Theo Randall at The Intercontinental, and is keen to pass on his culinary
knowledge. On the first Saturday of every month, he’ll be holding classes for up to 10 people in the restaurant’s state-of-the-art kitchen. Each class will focus on a particular topic, such as
antipasti, pasta, fish, meat or pastry and will be followed by drinks at 12.30pm and lunch at 1pm.
