Join Rotunda and artisan wine merchant Swig in a tasting geared towards Australia's most unique and interesting wines. The tasting will be directed by Swig who will be guiding guests through 12
Australian wines, such as the citrusy and spicy Kilikanoon Semillon and the rich and fruity Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine tasting will be followed by a specially designed four-course dinner to be enjoyed during the evening.
