Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds is hosting a special supper on 3 June to mark the height of the asparagus season. Expect items such as poached asparagus, asparagus broth, asparagus brûlée,
asparagus sorbet and purple asparagus on the three-course menu.
The official British asparagus season runs from St George’s Day on 23 April to Midsummer’s Day on 21 June. The asparagus supper, which follows the famous Bretforton asparagus auction, held just a
