If you’re looking for an excuse to escape the capital, take the opportunity and go to Gleneagles in Scotland on Monday 27 October, when the impressive hotel is hosting the cultural celebration of
the 21st anniversary of The Roux Scholarship. The first winner was Andrew Fairlie, who is now an integral part of the culinary offering at Gleneagles. A charity dinner will be held to mark the
occasion. Guests are invited to book a place at one of ten special tables that will be hosted by scholarship judges and past winners, including Michel Roux, Albert Roux, Brian Turner, Gary Rhodes
and Andrew Fairlie. Each table, which costs £4000, seats eight persons and includes a delicious five-course dinner, all Champagne and wine, accommodation for each diner (based on two sharing) and a
full Scottish breakfast.
