Snow’s on the Green is turning 15 this summer, and by way of celebrating the restaurant is setting its menu back to 1991 prices for two
weeks. Expect selections the likes of chicken liver and foie gras parfait, toasted brioche and red onion marmalade for £4.75, roast lamb "three ways" with a sun-dried tomato souffle, spinach and
parsley gravy for £8.50, and lavender panna cotta with a salad of cherries, melon, strawberries and orange for £4.25.
