courtesy of the eponymous Theo Randall, a River Cafe alumnus whose rustic food has lost none of its homespun charm in the transition to a luxury hotel. Alongside the venue’s season-led, daily
changing menu, Randall has personally overseen the extensive wine list that features 90% Italian varietals, including a selection of Grappas. As well as the option of combining private dining with
a meeting, kitchen tours and masterclasses with the man himself make an appealing add-on for private functions.
