The studios that brought Harry Potter to the big screen can now be booked for events. Among the spaces available is the Great Hall, a range of interior sets including the Gryffindor Boys Dormitory (housed inside the sprawling studios) and the Platform 9¾ experience. The green screen area enables guests to recreate scenes from the films – such as flying on a broomstick – while experts who worked on the films can be brought in to speak and reveal behind-the-scenes secrets.
Bespoke packages provide flexible interior and exterior spaces for hire with unique locations for creative event installations and team building events. The screening rooms can accommodate up to 130 guests for private screenings and presentations, and is available outside of opening hours. The preview theatre is perfect for more intimate meeting and training events with a private foyer for break out groups and catering throughout the day. Exterior sets like 4 Privet Drive and the Hogwarts Bridge are full of potential for creative event installations.
Have your next team-building event at the Backlot Cabin or Studio Preview Theatre to immerse guests into the world of the movies. Broomstick flying, wand-duelling, and spell-casting will definitely help build team-bonding. The Backlot cab encompasses a flexible meeting space with private entrance, integrated audio visual, and breakout areas. Capacity varies from 25 to 60 guests. Wi-Fi is complementary.
Exclusive packages are also on offer for private morning and evening tours for guests to experience the film sets from all eight movies. The packages include all day dining options for breakfast, reception, and dinner that are themed around the magical wizarding world of Harry Potter. The breakfast tours provide access to the studio tour before it opens to the public. The three-course dinner is an immersive experience in iconic locations like the Hogwarts Great Hall or on the Platform 9 ¾ alongside the Hogwarts Express.
