The White Horse Parsons Green offers a characterful setting for a wide range of events, from summer parties and product launches to team socials, milestone birthdays and anniversary celebrations. With a choice of spaces and flexible food and drink options, the pub can accommodate both seated banquets and more informal standing occasions, with menus designed to suit everything from relaxed drinks receptions to substantial banquets.
The Stable Room is the largest of the spaces, offering an open-plan setting for up to 65 guests seated or 100 standing. Formerly two separate rooms, it can be arranged to suit different event formats, with the option to section off half of the room with a private curtain. A private bar is available for exclusive use, while a projector makes the space suitable for presentations and product launches as well as celebrations.
As its name suggests, The Coach House occupies a former coach house with original wooden beams and a relaxed atmosphere, accommodating up to 26 guests seated or 40 standing. It provides a characterful backdrop for team socials, birthday celebrations and more informal gatherings. For smaller occasions, The Saddle features a grand circular table, seating up to 12 guests or accommodating 25 standing.
Food options range from a sit-down feasting menu to a more informal Buffet, with the latter featuring cheeseburger sliders, monkfish scampi, beef shin croquettes and smoked salmon rillettes. The canapé menu offers individual bites including Scotch eggs, truffled mushroom crostini, courgette fritters and potato rosti chips, alongside sweet options such as triple chocolate brownie and spiced sticky ginger cake.
Drinks packages include bottled and craft beer, premium wines, Prosecco and Champagne, as well as spirits with mixers. Cocktail packages feature Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini, Tommy’s Margarita and Mojito, with Everleaf non-alcoholic spirit available in selected serves. Alcohol-free and gluten-free beer options are also available.
