Nestled in Mayfair and just a stone’s throw from London’s bustling Oxford Street, The Beaumont is a luxury hotel home to three stylish private dining rooms, perfect for business meetings, family events, celebrations and more. Able to accommodate between 10 to 45 seated guests, or up to 60 standing, they’re a great choice for intimate to mid-sized events. Each one can be hired separately or in conjunction with one another, offering ultimate flexibility when it comes to managing your guest list, and can be configured to suit your needs, whether you’re after separate tables, one long banquet table, or space to stand and mingle.
The Lotos Room is an atmospheric space able to seat 45 for dinner, 60 for a drinks' reception, or 18 guests for a business meeting. It’s decorated with cherrywood wall panelling, leather furniture and features portraits of movie stars from the 20s and 30s taken by Hollywood photographer George Hurrell. You’ll also have access to AV equipment, a large plasma screen, stationary flipcharts and a bespoke boardroom table should you wish to use it for a corporate meeting.
The mahogany-panelled Sargent Room is located on the ground floor, with plenty of natural light, a removable boardroom table and grand paintings by John Singer Sargent and Kees van Dongen lining the walls. At most, it can accommodate 50 standing guests, or 30 for dinner and 20 for a meeting.
Finally, The Munnings Room is its largest private space, an impressive room with gold wall coverings, a bar area for drinks receptions and a charming equestrian theme throughout, notably via paintings of horses by Alfred Munnings and George Stubbs. It can hold 60 standing guests, 40 seated around four tables, or 24 boardroom-style. Equally, The Munnings Room can be connected to The Sargent Room by a shared lobby should you wish to hire both for a larger event.
