Believe it or not, Vegas-style glamour can be found in Southend – at Rendezvous Casino Southend. It’s obvious that plenty of thought has been put into making this venue a memorable spot for private parties. Besides the option to hire out one of its two bars, there are two event-ready spaces available. The lavishly decorated Party Zone is cordoned off from the rest of the casino, adding a VIP atmosphere to your event, and the reasonably priced buffet menu caters well for a crowd whose priority is to party. We like the idea of adding a two-hour cocktail masterclass to keep things interesting. An alternative activity is the Southend Party package, which sees groups enjoy a three-course meal before being shown the ropes at the blackjack, roulette and poker tables. If you’re after something more intimate, the Private Dining Room will seat 12 diners or hold 22 guests for a reception.
