The venue spans a wide range of spaces, with an 18-seater sharing table or options for cosy booths, tucked away in carved out alcoves for a more intimate experience if preferred. With dining rooms across two floors that allow for seating for up to 170 people, there's the option to book out the whole space, or just part of it if you're planning a smaller event.
The menu is pretty much what you'd expect in this authentic Mexican experience with dishes carefully crafted by chef Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez. Enjoy both large and small plates, as well as a selection of tacos, tostadas and quesadillas. Choose from dishes straight from the robata grill such as short ribs served with a pineapple salsa, charcoal crispy chicken served with pickled red onions and red chilli sauce, and halibut dressed in pipian verde and sage butter served alongside grilled fennel.
Ixchel’s Tequila bar comes with an impressive list of agave-based cocktails (there are six different Margarita options!) as well as a number of Tequila and mezcal flights. Don't worry though, there's other choices for those who fancy something a bit different with classic Negronis, Martinis and a pretty extensive selection of wines with bottles from all over the world. There’s sure to be something for everyone.
