This purpose-built Westminster venue is no stranger to high-profile clients, responsible for hosting over 400 national and international events annually. The QEII Centre is a large conference and exhibition space near Westminster Abbey and St. James Park walking distance from Big Ben and the Thames River. The public and private transportation links are excellent, the closest underground stop is Westminster and the mainline station Waterloo is easy to get to. There are also plenty of hotels in the local area with short commuting distances for delegates attending your event.

Its 32 event spaces hold up to 2,500 delegates, and conferences and exhibitions work well here. A major refurb, including a renovated façade, new breakout spaces and improved lighting, was recently completed. We’re big fans of the Churchill, where slightly raked seating means everyone gets a good view. The larger rooms work well for banquets and drinks receptions.

The versatile spaces are ideal for organising conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, receptions or corporate events. Offering great views of Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, the venue will impress. The rooms can be hired individually or in combination for different purposes like break out sessions or refreshments areas.

The QEII has its own experienced in-house catering, AV and IT teams, as well as event managers to help make sure the event runs smoothly. The caterers can design bespoke menus depending on the dietary requirements of attendees. The conference centre has high quality technology, free Wi-Fi, and state of the art systems -the AV and IT systems can advise on any tech matters whether it be sound, lighting, staging, webcasts, data projection, or video conferencing.

The QEII Centre has been hosting corporate events for decades and has won several accolades such as Venue of the Year, Most Versatile Venue, and Investors in People Silver Standard award.

To show how adaptable this space is, it was once even transformed into an English summer garden complete with a real grass tennis court!
