Mamma Mia! The Party

Welcome to Mamma Mia! The Party. Held in London's The O2, this immersive experience is based on the now-iconic 2008 film starring Meryl Street (and many other Hollywood faces!) which is well known for its fantastic soundtrack of Abba hits. This theatrical night brings together authentic Greek dining, but also a fantastical set designed to look like the island of Skopelos, inviting guests to step inside the imagined Nikos family-run taverna.

You see, while it doesn't re-make the film exactly, the night sees professional actors, dancers and singers put on a show inspired by that same feel-good, romcom spirit. As well as listen to musical theatre stars take to the stage inbetween courses, there's also chance to get up and have a boogie yourself, or stay late for an after-hours DJ set. 

Mamma Mia! The Party is popular with birthdays, hen dos, anniversaries and just any kind of celebration - so do check out the website or get in touch with the sales team to see if there's anything they can do to make your experience better. For example, hen party bookings can add a 'Bride' sash and goodie bags, while larger bookings are often subject to discounts and corporate gatherings can even take over the entire venue with exclusive hire options which include creating your own bespoke package. For example, perhaps you want to start a little later to give a presentation to your team, or keep the DJ on an extra hour or two so everyone can shake a tail feather. A big part of Mamma Mia! The Party is the food. Chef Debbie has devised a three-to-four course menu around traditional Greek dishes to keep you suitably fed and watered, including Greek salads, braised lamb stifado and slow-cooked beef served with garlic roasted baby potatoes and vegetable briam to share, finished with a selection of desserts.
