I just want to stay a massive thank you for the event last week.
Everything ran very smoothly and we have received nothing but positive comments. In particular, some people with dietary requirements said they felt very well looked after. One man said the vegan food was fantastic?? All the F&B team were great, I met so many people and they all took such pride in their work at Savoy Place.
Probably usually forgotten in thank you notes, but very important part of any team was the security; they were so nice and very helpful.
Thank you to Jay and the whole tech team, they were amazing – very cool headed, thorough and nothing was too much trouble.
A final thanks to Grace and her team in the cloakroom, they were all very helpful.

I have nothing but excellent feedback. Firstly, thanks to the Business Development Manager for all the calls and emails and help prior to the event.
Secondly- Martyn was a complete star all night (I did leave him a signed book can you make sure he gets it!) as was Laszlo, who even helped us wrap items up at the end!
