Built around a passion for agave spirits, El Siete’s drinks programme features around 60 different mezcals and tequilas alongside seven signature margaritas, including the house 777 Margarita, served in a stainless steel flask to keep it perfectly ice cold. Mezcalitas, classic cocktails such as Cosmopolitans, Espresso Martinis, Manhattans and Pisco Sours sit alongside a curated selection of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, beers and soft drinks. A concise menu of Mexican-inspired bar snacks includes colourful mini tostadas topped with ingredients such as yellowfin tuna with chipotle mayonnaise or caramelised banana with dulce de leche and Chantilly orange cream, alongside the venue’s popular chile de arbol popcorn.
Inspired by the brutalist and modernist architecture of Mexico City, the interiors are dark, dramatic and unmistakably atmospheric. A striking wraparound bar anchors the room, while rich timber panelling, intimate seating areas and glowing red neon lighting create a moody speakeasy feel. Behind the bar, an illuminated display of agave spirits stretches across the walls like a library, providing a theatrical backdrop for private events that continue long into the evening.
