Honestly, there was not one issue, no complaints, not one issue in one room, nothing to much for anyone. It is almost hard to put into words just how easy your team made if for us Lucia - a superstar - really so easy to deal with, made life easy and never once was bothered with the changes and requests James - at the front desk - a true hero! He made every detail work so smoothly and easily and nothing was ever to much Nico and the banqueting team -  I can't remember all the names, but again, always on hand to help and made the whole event run smoothly Then all the ops staff, security staff, the cleaning staff, the porters - just all round a high quality of staff I am not sure what you are doing - but you are doing something right because your team are excellent!
