About Barnsgrove

Barnsgrove is a private members' club and rural workspace that provides flexible venue hire in Hampshire, with a collection of well-designed event spaces suited to corporate meetings, seminars and larger celebrations. Company away days, workshops, drinks receptions, exhibitions, Barnsgrove can host it all.

Across the venue, which is situated near the village of Greywell, interiors balance elegance with warmth. Light wooden parquet floors, long communal tables, neutral palettes and botanical accents create a polished backdrop that can be styled to suit both formal and informal occasions. Rooms can be hired individually or combined, giving organisers the freedom to configure layouts, capacities and decor according to their event requirements.

Mornhills and Whitehills each accommodate 50 guests for a meeting, 52 for a banquet, 56 theatre-style or 60 standing. The two rooms can be joined to increase capacity, making them ideal for networking events or presentations followed by drinks on the terrace or in the courtyard. The Whitehills room is also equipped with integrated AV, including a 65-inch screen and a Meeting Owl 360-degree smart camera that connects directly to a laptop, supporting seamless hybrid meetings.

For larger gatherings, Barnsgrove offers hire of the Orchards room, which hosts up to 80 guests seated or 150 standing. Deep burgundy steel beams draw the eye upwards, while French doors open onto a south-facing terrace, allowing natural light to flood the space. An open kitchen area adds flexibility for supper clubs, catered dinners or product launches.

Doecroft offers a more intimate environment for up to 12 guests. With countryside views and presentation technology, it suits board meetings, private dining or small strategy sessions. On-site parking, Wi-Fi, video conferencing technology and access to outdoor areas, Barnsgrove is the full package.

I booked Barnsgrove for an offsite team meeting for 21 people recently and every single one of them was absolutely blown away by the venue. Firstly it is simply beautiful, the meeting rooms are really welcoming and relaxing with all the technology required, the food was delicious and the attention from Jo and her team was exemplary. It was like having a meeting in a luxury spa! We played padel afterwards at the on-site courts which was a great team building exercise after a day of meetings. I cannot recommend Barnsgrove enough if you are looking for a venue to hold a meeting ... my team are already asking when we can go back. Oh, and it smells amazing!
