The space is fully kitted out with high-spec technology, including a 65-inch TV screen, a DB audio PA system and moveable lighting rigs to ensure it can cater to all your needs. If you need a bit of extra space, Meeting Rooms 2 and 3 can be combined to host up to 200 guests, offering a flexible option for larger events such as conferences and gala dinners.
For those who want the option to tailor the space according to their requirements, the White Box is a generously sized blank canvas space suited to everything from exhibitions and conferences to dinners and cocktail receptions. It can host up to 250 standing guests, or 160 for dinner, allowing you to let your dreams (and guest list!) run wild.
For more relaxed events, the mezzanine is a residential style lounge with an optional outdoor terrace that would be perfect for informal drinks parties, private dinners or laid-back, buzzy occasions. If you do decide to hire the terrace with the mezzanine, you’ll gain access to stunning views of St Paul’s cathedral and the river Thames - perfect for summer events! Equally, the private dining room within the hotel’s main restaurant, Art Yard Kitchen, can host between eight and 24 guests for celebrations or business meetings.
