This 1820s Brighton seafront house is only 50 minutes
from London. Over the years it’s been a home to actors
and writers alike. Recently, it’s appeared on TV itself and
become a go-to for events. Two main event spaces –
The Morning Room and The Regency Room – are filled
with natural light and, when the windows are open,
fresh sea air too. For breakouts, The Study is able to
accommodate 12 guests, while the whole venue is
kitted out with top-notch AV facilities that includes Bose
audio equipment. Three preferred caterers are on hand
to nourish delegates, while suppliers for other needs,
like entertainment and flowers, are easily arranged.
