Aik Sitar is helmed by Chef Rishi Kapoor who started his culinary journey in the bustling markets of Delhi and made it his mission to explore the breadth of south Asian cuisine, travelling across the country to learn about different techniques, methods and flavour combinations. He first started his restaurant business in Jaipur, before recently opening this central London location.
Depending on the size of your booking, you can speak to the team about dining in the main dining room or taking over a smaller, atmospheric private dining space in the wine cellar. This stylishly rustic room is atmospherically lit and full of ambience, so perfect for a smaller dinner or gathering. Aik Sitar's menu is incredibly extensive, boasting over 40 main dishes, with plenty of starters, sides and the option for a special occasion dessert, too.
