It’s fair to say that us Brits are preoccupied with the weather, which isn’t unreasonable given how unpredictable it can be. But one thing is for certain, as soon as the sun does shine, most of us head for the nearest outdoor space and look for something refreshing to sip.
You could do much worse than this exotic looking cocktail. Adding some summer colour, the muddled strawberries make it pretty as a picture, the rum gives it mellow richness while the fizz adds bubbles and freshness.
