This is summer in a glass. Refreshing to look at. Refreshing to drink, with lots of citrus and garden flavours. We like the simplicity of soda, but for something just a touch sweeter, top up with tonic. And don't forget to stir well.
Glass: Collins
Shake the vodka, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice
Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass
Top with soda water or tonic and stir well
Garnish with a lemon twist
