Lavender season in the UK runs from May to September. Whereas Rosé season, allegedly, runs all year round. Something to consider when you mix yourself a Sainte Marie ‘75

Ingredients

25ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
20ml lavender liqueur
10ml lemon juice
Dry sparkling wine top

Method

Add the gin, lavender liqueur and lemon juice to a Boston shaker

Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds

Strain into a tall Champagne flute

4

Fill to the top with sparkling wine

5

Garnish with orange peel on the rim of the glass
