The Espresso Martini may be the coffee coctkail that everyone knows and things of, but this twist on an Irish Coffee, made in the Lavazza Favola coffee machine makes for a heart-warming after dinner drink in Winter, or any time for that matter.
Glass: Cappuccino cup
Make an espresso in the Favola Cappuccino frothing unit (or how you would normally with your machine)
Add one sugar and stir to dissolve
Add the Baileys or Disaronno and top up with cold milk to the cappuccino line on the side of the flask
Reattach the flask to the machine and press the cappuccino button once
Detach the flask from the machine and pour into the cup
