A spicy caffeine-infused take on the traditional gin and tonic from Lavazza
The Espresso Tonic is a reinterpretation of the famous Gin and Tonic. Lavazza has created its own version, calling it E-Tonic and replacing the gin with an espresso and adding juniper berries and sticks of ginger to the drink.
Fill a large tumbler with ice cubes
Pour gum syrup and add tonic water, then stir the ingredients
Decorate with ginger sticks and juniper berries
Gently add a float of espresso
Place two straws and then serve
