This Martini is all about the vodka with is sensitively flavoured with Douglas Fir pine needless, harvested in early summer. The result is an explosion of exhilerating pine and sweet ripe melon, with zesty undertones.
Wet the rim of the glass and dip in Douglas Fir Sherbet
Take a mixing jug and fill with ice
Pour in the Douglas Fir Vodka, followed by the Vermouth
Stir slowly thirty times.
Strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Pinch the bergamot over the surface of the martini, and add to the glass.
